The new range of BC trays are here, all of our trays will now be based around this design. Allowing us to get more trays built and for a better price without sacrificing the quality. Small changes can be made to suit your wants/needs but the overall frame and components will be as pictured. Custom trays can still be built if required, please reach out for any more info!

RC Colorado
This tray was built with a headboard to suit a canopy in the future, it features a light weight aluminium tray floor to keep the weight as low as possible. Slim line undertray toolboxes for the aggressive look making the ute look very tough! Painted in colour matched white with black features.
Ford ranger
Farm spec tray
This tray built for a brand new ford ranger was set up for use as a farm ute. With plenty of storage, tray sides and a heavy duty mesh to protect that back windscreen. 1200mm long undertray drawer, huge undertray toolbox, tie down rails externally and also flush tie down rails on the tray of the floor.
79 Series LandCruiser
This tray was built to suit this brand new 79 Series dual cab, with plenty of storage as well as an 60L undertray water tank plumbed up to an electric pump. The water tank didnt leave much room underneath for a drawer but we still managed to fit an 800mm long drawer providing plenty or room for some tools or camping gear!

Touring/4x4 Tray
This one is my own personal car, for this tray I wanted to be able to use it for a work ute and then easily switch it over into a 4x4/touring set up! With a roof top tent rack that can unbolt easily with 4 bolts makes it easy to take on and off. A small hatch in the tray floor allows for storage of tools and camping gear, undertray toolboxes with built in lights, spare tyre mount, flush tie down rails on the tray floor, short tray side to give it the slim look and many more features.
